Admission is free but requires pre-registration or registration on-site.

Registration does not guarantee entry; capacity and security checks may apply.

Badges must be worn at all times inside the venue and are non-transferable.

Right to Refuse or Remove

The organisers (The Lifting Equipment Engineers Association – LEEA) reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse entry or remove any person from the event.

Grounds may include (but are not limited to): failure to comply with registration requirements, disruptive behaviour, non-compliance with venue rules, or actions inconsistent with LEEA’s values of professionalism and code of condcuct.

Respectful Participation

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, exhibitors, speakers, and fellow visitors.

Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Health, Safety & Security

All visitors must comply with the health, safety, and security measures in place at the venue.

The organisers reserve the right to deny entry if safety regulations are not followed.

Photography & Media

By attending, registrants consent to being included in event photography, filming, or recording, which may be used for promotional purposes.

Event Changes & Cancellation

The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme, speakers, exhibitors, or venue, or to cancel the event if necessary, without liability.

Liability

Attendance is at the registrant’s own risk. The organisers accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except as required by law.
